Does Otter Cove need the internet?
No. All games and learning books work offline, so the app can be used anywhere — in the car, on a plane, or at home.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later, and Mac computers with Apple silicon.
How do I add or switch players?
Tap the player picture in the top-left corner of the home screen. Each player has their own picture, age group, stars, coins and progress.
How do I change my child's age group?
Tap the player picture on the home screen and choose 4–6 (Sprouts), 7–9 (Explorers) or 10–12 (Champions).
How do I turn the sound on or off?
Tap the player picture on the home screen, then tap the sound button.
What is the grown-ups' check?
Anything that leads outside the app — sharing, rating, feedback, and our Terms and Privacy Policy — sits behind a short number puzzle. A number is written in words (for example, "One Hundred Sixty-Three"), and a grown-up types it in digits. This keeps children from leaving the app by accident.
